At Thermomix USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Care team or log into your online account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Thermomix TM6 or accessories in the original shipping box, ensuring all components, manuals, and promotional items are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and attach it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
